A state of great despair has fallen upon the city.  Evil crime lords have begun a reign of terror.  Old people fear walking the streets alone.  Women and children remain in their homes.  The police are baffled.  The army is too scared.  Only one man can save the city.  Only one man is up to the task.  Only one man eats three bologna sandwiches at lunch everyday.
