Elder High School has released its 2024 varsity football schedule:

The Panthers open the 2024 football season on the road on Friday, August 23 against the Withrow Tigers.  Elder has 6 home games in historic Elder Stadium and 4 away contests this season. Elder will compete against schools from Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, & Maryland.

• Withrow: 12-2 (OHSAA Region 8 finalist)
• West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI): 11-1 (MHSAA regional finalist)
• Springboro: 2-8 (OHSAA Region 4 playoffs)
• Lakewood St. Edward: 15-1 (OHSAA D1 state champion)
• Louisville St. Xavier: 8-4 (1-1 in playoffs)
• St. Xavier: 7-5 (1-1 in playoffs)
• Moeller: 10-5 (OHSAA Region 4 champion)
• Rock Creek Christian (MD): 3-6 (No playoffs)
• Indianapolis Bishop Chatard: 15-0 (IHSAA 3A state champion)
• La Salle: 4-7 (0-1 in playoffs)
